I came here looking for boots last year. I tried on a pair and found that they fit a little too snuggly on my calves for my liking. A rude sales associate walked by and asked how I liked the boots. I said they were too snug for me. She then snickered and said "Do you have big calves?" I responded that people actually have always told me that I have small calves, and she laughed again and said, "You have some big calves."

Of course, he treated me differently from other customers. I think Nine West should dismiss this employee.
Heavily under staffed and poor product displays. I don't think there has ever been more than 1 person working even on the busiest of days
African American sales staff acted like a racist. If you are a Asian, do not go to this store. I am treated like a sinner even though I am a customer who bought the product.
The prices at the outlet were the exact same that I could get from the mall near my home in Georgia. The entire purpose of driving out to an outlet was supposed to be to find bargains, but apparently this location is unaware that it is an outlet. They also did not have my size in just about every one of their boot styles. I was trying on the next size up because I did really love some of the styles and hoped to find a pair that fit well enough to justify buying them, but no such luck.
For one, my calves have always gotten me complements, and they are hardly "big." For two, it doesn't matter if I were morbidly obese; a sales associate should never comment on a customer's body like that.
