The only reason yall are getting 1 star is because I have to leave you atleast one...your customer service is absolutely horrible. I walked in started trying on shoes, while doing this one other person was trying on shoes and your representative made sure everything with him was fine. Also 3 other people came in and he said something to them...the best part is I was there to spend money and if he wouldve just said hey I wouldve stayed. On my way out the manager asked if I found everything ok, and I let him know that i would've spent over $300 that day if his representative would've acknowledged my existance. This place is horrible. I will continue to buy my work shoes at ECCO which is in the same shopping center.

Hands down best client service I've ever experienced with a brand. I have purchased several shoes from here and even if I did have any issues with the shoes they replaced them immediately. For the money this is the best work/dress shoe you can buy in my book. The staff is always helpful and the manager truly stands behind their product!
