The manager with the three dogs is one of the rudest sales people I have ever come across. The shoes are overpriced in this store. You can buy them anywhere else cheaper and they are unwilling to match competitors pricing. Stay away.
Went in to buy a pair of Birkenstocks. The ones I wanted were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock until close to the end of the month, which is fine. I was told I could be put on a list to be notified when they came back in stock, which, again, is fine. But when I asked which colors in the style and size I wanted were in stock, both of the employees that were on the sales floor acted like they had no idea which ones were in stock. When I asked if they could check, one of them pointed to two random colors and said we have these (off the top of her head). So I asked if I could just see all of the colors of that style that they had in my size and was brought a color in my size and a color in the next size down. I tried both of them on, and the one that was my size fit perfectly, but I didn't care for the color, and the other one was a color i liked and it fit, but my toes hit the edge when I walked. The associate kept trying to convince me that they fit and that everyone buys them a size down, when I kept saying that I didn't feel comfortable in them and I didn't want to buy a pair of shoes that I didn't have my heart set on, especially since they're close to $100. I understand that making a sale is important, but the comfort and preferences of the customer come first. I did not feel taken care of or welcomed in the store and left without making a purchase.
Great products but they keep a cat in the store and the cat snuck up on my 16yr old son and scratched his foot to the point that it bled! The owner quickly pulled out a first aid kit like this had happened before. Sorry but this is crazy! Order online!
There’s nothing wrong with this store or their staff! Some people are just overly sensitive, based on other reviews here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was not attacked by any animals. Just be aware that this is NOT an outlet store despite it being located in the outlet mall (i.e. don’t expect super deals).
Very dissapointed in this place. My family come in apparently just before closing time. The workers were not helpful in getting us any sizes we needed to try on. We were planning on buying at least 3 pairs of birkenstocks. These shoes aren't cheap. The workers were very rude. The one worker went to back room and shut the radio off, then the lights. They didn't even have the decency to tell us that it was closing time and that we would have to come back another day. I'm sorry, if I had people wanting to spend money in my store; I would be staying after hours. It's called good customer service. Very, very rude workers at this place!!
