I went into which-which about a week ago for the first time and the staff was very helpful; specifically a girl named Madi who was very friendly and patient with me. The food overall was very good, and the dining-area was clean (which is sometimes hard to find). I 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
It's ok. Nothing special. I don't think they do anything but assembly in house. They don't bake the bread. I didn't see a slicer. It's edible, but very generic tasting. I can do better in a grocery store.
Alexis makes the best sandwich...really friendly. Cara is good too. Food is great. Will definitely be back.
I have mixed feelings about the shop. I love the selection of sandwiches/ingredients. However, I am a wrap girl and I am disappointed that they do not have that option. The milkshakes definitely need work. My daughter had the vanilla shake and it was terrible. It had absolutely no flavor at all. Tasted like milk and evidently looking at reviews the strawberry is not so good either. If you order online is is great. Just go in and pick up your food plus you already know the price and can see the prices before you order. If you order in shop you really do not know the prices until you go to pay for your order AND...the wait is long. They seem to move in slow motion. All in all I think it will do well. Just a few kinks to work out.
Grant should know about this, they can't get special order sandwiches correct. I paid for two sandwiches through special order on their website because the people answering the phone can't take orders over the phone and told me to order on the website with instructions. Intructions were not followed for the 2nd time in a row. Firehouse will be the next order even if it's a few miles fewer down the road. An important note is that I work on the southend another location owned by Grant. And they don't make these mistakes.....
