They don't even deserve 1 star. After waiting 15 for our food, we told the waitress to charge $2 for tip after she asked. She came back with a receipt that didn't show the tip. After we asked her for proof of the tip charge, she showed us the receipt (the one showing the charge and total) she kept in her pocket (we were told they keep the receipt and customers don't get it!
Service was fast and the foot was good for fast food. I had a milkshake/ice mixture that was delicious. Prices are good too. I would easily go back.
Really good food. Staff was very helpful and made sure they did the job right and we were satisfied. They had some trouble with the intercom system as the place is being remodeled but that didn't slow them down.
Service was very very slow. And both burgers the meat was so dry and overcooked that we couldn't even eat it. I love Sonic but they have to get their stuff together they were out of ice cream for over a month and now they say that they have a new system and it stinks
I got lunch at Sonic yesterday and have been trying to get ahold of them because I got food poisoning from the restaurant. After being over charged for my food. Idk what's it's going on with that place but it has been going downhill.
I have never been to a Sonic so I had no idea how it worked. Thankfully a staff member explained how it worked and we got back in the car and made an order.
