I love this place! But I saw a disturbing image on Facebook about this place. A little girl in KKK garb representing the company. The owner said " He employs African-Americans but he doesn't care for them". Not good if this is true. I will never purchase anything ever again from this franchise. Will let my friends & family know. So sad.
I honestly haven't been in chick fill a and people were mean. I would suggest a grilled chicken sandwich, no lettuce and pickles, but add tomato and mayo.

Worse Chick Fil A I have ever been in. Total chaos, waiting for over 30 minutes to get food! Staff bringing out the wrong orders. I have never seen people request a refund & leave before getting their food. Stay away from this place. AWFUL 1 STAR was being overly generous
Great food as usual...but avoid coming to the Bluffton location during the lunch time rush. Wait times for carry out and dine-in topped 25 minutes (after placing your order). The drivethrough seemed to be running smoothly though albeit the line was wrapped around the building.

We take the family there a good bit. The indoor playground is great for my 3 and 6 year old. When we get a table by the playground my wife can watch the kids and actually have a conversation. Service is always with a smile.
