Then, a keen waitress came to our rescue and took our drink order and the manager, Randell, took over. I would of left a two star review, but the care that Randall took in ensuring not just my family was enjoying their night, rather, he was ensuring everyone was.
Overall, the food was way better than i remember. Only complaint I have... Is I wish I would of went sooner. Thanks again to the staff that helped us when our waitress abandoned us and to the manager, Randall. We will be back!
The service was superb it's a beautiful store close to home the people working there are so pleasant and I love their balsamic vinegars and olive oils are fabulous
It started out bad. Seated for 17 minutes with no one asking about us for our drink order or anything.
So, it had been since 2003 that I had set foot in an olive garden; and for good reason. Good quality and customer service seemed to go down hill. Fast forward to today. I went with my girls and wife to try it all over again.
Food is fresh, great service..only complaint is a musky smell in the facility. Would recommend changing out the flooring.
Well so far this visit sucks. The bartender made a good drink but she is more concerned with co-worker conversation and doing her nightly duties that I haven't received my bread sticks and Alfredo yet. I have been here 15 mins. I ordered 2 appetizers along with the bread and Alfredo. She seems angry...I won't ask again, I just won't come back. She shouldn't be at a restaurant with her attitude but I bet nobody says anything to her.
We went to the Olive Garden to eat last night and as soon as we went into the Olive Garden we asked if we could eat at the bar and we were told we could eat at the bar area only and the hostess said it again as we walked in toward the bar....I got her message the first time around and that is what we wanted to do in the first place eat at the bar.. So we were at the bar waiting to be served..we were there for a long time waiting and I did not see a bartender. After quiet awhile a family came in and sat at the bar with children..they were there for about two minutes when the bartender finally came out and Instead of asking who was there first she went to the family that had just walked in and helped them. I was tired and Hungry after a long trip..I wanted a drink and something to eat so we got up and left and found a nice little British bar where the servers had a hospitable attitude. We had drinks food and spent our money there and since we are on vacation, we will be dining there again this week. Sorry Olive Garden you lost our business at least at that location.
