Always delicious and everyone is super friendly, especially the lady who I assume is the manager and the young girl.
Great sandwiches and good portions
Came on a Sunday with my family. Line was wrapped around the place, which is no problem. The problem was the poor guy who was either new or just not with it. Took 21 minutes to go through line, solely due to slow employee. They should have switched positions to increase speed. Sandwich maker was about 9 sandwiches ahead of him.
I love jersey mike I eat there a lot and it has good quality. Sadly there has been a lot of new people that work there and the service has gone down the drain. Every time I go in there is an older blond lady that sounds a little bit like a New Yorker. So I got my food to go because I didn't want to have to sit there with her aditued with me. She wasn't nice or pleacent at all. I also was enjoying my food in my car because I couldn't take sitting down in there. That's when I found a blond hair in my food. It was so gross. I get things happen from time to time I worked in the restaurant business. But when someone has their hair hanging over their shoulder and over your food all messy and not pulled up to prevent that, it's not okay. This lady needs to learn how to do her hair right to prevent this going forward. Like I said it happens but if your asking for trouble you will get trouble. So I only give it a two start because I had bad service and my sandwich was ruined. I hope y'all do something about how they should wear their hair so that In the future this won't happen so often. Thanks
