CNAs are underpaid, not trained well, and poor attitudes. My mother's bed went unmade for 3 days at a time. She was left on a toilet for over an hour due to Tiffany finishing her paperwork rather than taking care of my mother. NHC is more about making money than taking care of their patients. Very poor company. The lone star is due to the therapy department helping my mother 10X more in the couple of hours/day than the nursing staff.
Released last Friday after two weeks of rehab after back surgery. Excellent care, great help, and delicious food!! I could not have had a better experience.
