This is a great facility with excellent coaching and programming! They stayed true to CrossFit fundamentals. I dropped in while on vacation and the community was very friendly. They even had a lot of good suggestions on fun places to visit while I was in town. I will definitely be dropping in again next time I'm in town!
Great place to work out. Extremely involved in the local community as well. They offer an ICT class for those not interested in heavy lifting.
Dropped in while visiting Bluffton and needed a place to do Open workout 17.4. Cannot thank the staff and members for being so accommodating and helpful during this busy time for CrossFitters. The atmosphere and facilities were everything I could ask for in a CrossFit gym and they stay true to the essence of CrossFit with simplicity and variability as far as I could tell from their programming. Definitely worth a drop in!
