Love having a store close to the island
Last ditch effort to save the phone that went down with the mother ship... into the doggy water bowl. Bought a new/old model phone and went to T Mobile Bluffton. Could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Ken, a true local, was a refreshing delight (esp. his appreciation of GOOD music) He knew exactly what he was doing, and in spite of his new age 'tude, he completely fixed my 'phone's issue and provided me with the clean, fresh start I so desperately needed. Thank you SO much Home boy... and I use that 'boy' term ... ever SO loosely. Ken is a Good, GOOD, man - in every sense of the word.

This location is amazing! And the staff is great! The store manager Mark Anthony is Great! Very respectable, knowledgeable and professional! I will recommend this store to the island citizens!

This particular one there's two guys one named Mark and the other is Ken, these guys need to be compensated highly for all they do, they are direct, honest, helpful, and relatable.... all you can ask for in service providers....
I'm being in others stores in the past ,but when I went to the new bluffton store I encounter the most helpful ,patient, and very knowledgeable ,person I never knew,he's name it's ken,and he helped me with a device that was giving problems,he deserves a recognition for a great customers service I ever had,keep a good work
