I am in the process of getting help through consumer agencies to rectify what they have done to me- brought in my cell phone three times and it was still not repaired correctly. I was assured I would get my money back by a woman over the phone. I went back multiple times and completely got jerked around! I finally had to get my phone repaired at Staples because of their shoddy workmanship! I am now speaking to Savannah TV news about getting help though with the Irma coverage it will be slowed down. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I was way more than patient and only got a lot of runaround and horrible service!
Do not waste your time here. Owner's are rude and lazy. They will deal with your needs in a rude way and with a HORRIBLE attitude! They truly do act like the services they are providing are for free. What such HORRIBLE costumer service!
Have gone multiple times and there is always a problem with tablets after a screen change. The employees are very lazy and do not do the work correctly. Save yourself some time and find a better place that gets the job done.
I took my daughter's iphone 6 plus to them, and they replace it only giving me 15 days warranty and now the whole entire screen is blacked out!!! Never again will I do Business with them!!!!
These guys have fixed multiple phones, screens and MacBooks and have always been on time and repaired correctly. Never had to make a return trip, fixed right the first time. Highly recommend.
