Every now and then over the course of many years we find a company that is committed by its mission statement that its purpose in life is to see to it that the customer always comes first. In today’s world and in many cases profit comes before all else. Well in my own experience in having RoofCrafters replace my roof; profit seemed to take second place. Having me happy because they did a first class job was more important than anything else. It seems to me that the smart owners of companies place the customers first and in the end RoofCrafters having followed that philosophy not only has become one of the predominant companies in the roofing business but is profitable as a result of putting the customer first and many of its customers are recommended by satisfied customers.
I highly recommend them as the best roofing company in the low country. Most important should a problem ever arise in the future they will be here to take care of any future problem should one arise. They are opposite of the storm chasing roofers who appear out of nowhere and disappear once the job is done never to return or answer ones call.
Mitch Owens and his team of roofing professionals are outstanding. They repaired all of the damages due to Hurricane Matthews and we're extremely pleased with their attention to details. We rely on no other company than RoofCrafters. You will too!
Corey came out to give us an estimate on repairing a leak, instead he fixed it free of charge! Not only is that great business sense but just a nice thing to do. I won't look anywhere else when the time comes for a new roof.
