I would give this place a million stars if I could! I visited here while on vacation and this place is truly amazing. I suffer from severe chronic abdominal wall pain- without cryotherapy I wouldn't be able to get out of bed and enjoy the beach and fun activities. Because of Carolina Chillin, I was able to have an amazing vacation!! The owners are very kind and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the layout of the spa is welcoming and fun. Definitely visit if you get the chance :)

Attendant who guides you into the Cryotherapy is extremely nice, strictly professional, gets you right in and keeps you focused throughout, and provides very great detailed explanations of everything you'll go through and feel if you're new. A very welcoming invite to something otherwise considered intimidating. As for how you feel after Cryotherapy, when you first come out you feel jittery and then I personally felt energized and 99% of my joint pain wen't away however some people report getting sleepy, it all depends. My only complaint is that I am a large person and when getting into the tank you will find it a bit cramped, but anyone under 250Lb should fit fine. Even I fit fine it was just a bit small but overall didn't impact anything. A unforgettable experience for just 25$ and if you go once you surely will return again.

You are missing out on improving your quality of life if you don't take the time to visit these people. I took a friend's advice and gave it a try. That was the best advice I have ever taken.
