The BROKER is taking zero responsibility. The transporter is taking zero responsibility. That's who you'd be dealing with if you use this BROKER. Do yourself a big favor and save thousands of dollars by hireing any other BROKER in the known universe!
I'm really disappointed in this shipping BROKER. Do not use them! REPEAT, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! If anything goes wrong they will not take responsibility. I'm still dealing with the damage done by the transport company the BROKER hired. The transporter (Umbrella Auto Transport) had to jump start the vehicle, since they drained the battery by leaving the key in the ignition and radio on. While jumping the vehicle they melted one post on the battery, blew fuses, broke the drivers side lock from picking it to get in. Currently, the vehicle is at the dealership since it seems they also damaged the computer as well. They also may have broken the alternator since it appears that they reversed the polarity in one of their jump attempts! A common mistake with unfortunate consequences.
