We went too a few different locations to see what we liked. The only store that was able to get us something we really enjoyed was the Mattress Firm in Bluffton. It's the one by Golden Corral. Chase was the only guy there at the time, he was able to answer phones, and conduct his business all while giving us awesome customer service. He is new to the area, and just brought his wife and baby to the low-country. He was honest and upfront, listened and understood our situation all while giving us a very good deal on a mattress that we loved; he did it because we loved the mattress and not because he wanted the sale so bad that he pushed us into something. I hate dealing with sales people, but it felt nothing like that here, his customer service was above and beyond normal. He made us feel like he actually gave a crap about what happened to us after we payed. He was a great guy and made our experience perfect, and he even followed up with us to make sure the delivery went off without a hitch.
Bottom line: If you live anywhere near the 29910 zip-code and have a problem with your sleep, go to mattress firm and see Chase. I promise you wont be disappointed.
Mattress Firm HHI had exactly what we needed...Nick was great at getting the order and delivery set up.....and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better product or experience.
Terrible Customer service. Mattress gets back ordered with no call to let us know the mattress wouldn't arrive on time. We call them only to have them tell us they are with a customer and will call us back. No call back. Unbelievable. Do not shop here. Still have not received a call or a mattress.
I'm new to the area and had no idea where to go for a decent deal on groceries, let alone a good mattress. My mom was buying a mattress as a moving in present for my family and we wanted to get something decent while not breaking the bank.
Definitely had more Tempurpedic models on display than all the other shops combined - was happy to be offered 0% financing and next day delivery - would only shop here next time!
I had the most wonderful experience at the Mattress Firm WITH Chase Holiday's help and expertise. He was very informative an knowledgeable in the products and had all the answers I was looking for. He didn't pressure me or make me feel cheated or like this was just a "commission job", which is so so important!! Chase was able to get me the price I was looking for and a delivery time that exceeded my expectations. Overall Chase Holiday is an amazing sales man and I wouldn't recommend buying a bed from anyone else in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area!! I will most definitely return to see him again when I need another bed in the future!! Thank you for all your kind help today Chase...
