The customer service is good and the wait is better than most other DMV's.
one word: amazing!!!! I was dreading going to the DMV. The last time I was there was awful. There were long lines, and the personnel was just so RUDE, which made it even worst. I went this week and OMG, what a big difference. The line was not bad at all and the staff very helpful and professional. Thank you for the improvments and keep up the good job. I know is not easy dealing with the public but you are doing a wonderful job. Thank you.

I am trying to get my 15 year old his learners permit......This will be his 3rd try and the lady at the front desk would not let him take it because his information was older than 30 days. She offered little help and said they were no longer taking report cards as proof of residency and for me to go out and get him a bank account. This is what YOUR tax dollars are paying for, lousy customer service. This was the Beaufort Branch. Super thumbs down.
