I scheduled an appointment on the website for the HHI branch 1 month in advance to have my carpets cleaned because I had company coming. I received a confirmation email and the morning of the appointment I got all ready for them to come. They did not show up. I tried calling during and after the 2 hour time frame that I scheduled and no one answered. I left a message...it has been a week and still no returned phone call. Now, my out of town guests already came and left and needless to say that I will not be giving this company another chance.
I just got my carpets cleaned today and they are like brand new!!! I couldn't be happier with the work!!! I will call them again for any cleaning needs!
Heaven's Best did a wonderful job! The price that I was quoted for is what I paid, no bait and switch! The two cleaners showed up right when they said they would. The carpets look great and smell fantastic. I would highly recommend Heaven's Best and use them again personally.
I have used Heaven's Best in Bluffton two times. They are alway polite, friendly, and they always do an excellent job. I started using Heaven's Best when the past carpet cleaners that I hired could not get out a difficult coffee stain in my carpet. I tryed several different companies with no luck. Heaven's Best was able to get it out with no problem and it never came back. These guys are the best.
