As a lawyer, I deal with auto insurance a lot because I handle car wreck cases. So many people lack underinsured motorist coverage, which is extremely important to have (but not mandatory). And most insurance companies gloss right over it without explaining to policyholders why they might need it. It's a good feeling to have an insurance agency that I can trust to explain things and won't cut corners.
