I have been cooking for 30+ years and I have never had a better Prime Rib, nor did my "guests". Even the next day, it was nothing less than amazing.
Absolutely the BEST meat in Bluffton, as well as a plethora of gourmet food items. Stop into Scotts before you shop anywhere else. Adam carries seasonal produce as well as his fabulous array of food accouterments.

Hands down my favorite culinary store in the low country. Fresh, bright ahead of the foodie curve always. There is NOTHING they can't get. The cuts of meat are worthy of the biggest celebration dinners and the veggies are seasonal and super fresh. The very best part is the gourmet stacks in the middle of the store. They stock a constantly rotating, huge selection of everything from low country boil spices to caviar as well as a world of beer for my husband and vegetarian snacks for my family. I cannot say enough about this little store, STILL being run by Adam from the same local family as it was started.

Asked the butchers at Scott's for a roast to handle 12 people, from the rib end. They offered me two sizes, but recommended the 6 rib "larger" roast (about 15 lbs).
