I stopped in the Bluffton store a month ago after reading positive reviews online and was greeted by Kile who gave me the rundown on the company, their products and their guarantee. Impressive. I was able to select exactly the pieces we needed in the frame colors and the fabric that would work with our decor. Kile even let me run the metal and fabric samples home to look at them with our siding and decking. As a result, we ended up with the perfect deck furniture! They are great quality and were very reasonably priced. Love that you can exchange or return any or all within 30 days. We took them up on it after seeing the furniture in place and will be getting a slightly bigger balcony table in a couple of weeks. The service was excellent from the store staff to the delivery fellows. Thanks to all!

We shopped every store imaginable for the best looking, best priced, most comfortable outdoor patio furniture in the Bluffton/Hilton Head Island area. After our extensive search Palm Coast was the best. The real bonus was choosing among hundreds of fabrics, and if you didn't like it you could swap another fabric at no cost, and we did one time. No buyers remorse and we didn't have to choose a fabric just because it was what they had in the showroom. That was huge for my wife. The manager Michael helped us and delivered on every promise he made, great guy! We did our homework, use our experience for your benefit.
My wife and I are sure glad that we decided to purchase our patio furniture from Palm Casual. The experience of dealing with Michael Moore and his staff was a professional pleasure. We enjoyed not being pushed to purchase. We were given the time to browse. After visiting the store for the third time the professional courtesy was outstanding. We looked at several other furniture stores however the quality we wanted could only be founded at Palm Casual. Another aspect about Mr. Moore and his entire staff is their after purchase service and their attention to the customer details.
