My SUV pulling right needed other maintenance. Told John fix it. To my surprise called said all it needed was tire roation cured pulling right. Lot cheaper than wheel alignment, but I would never know difference.
Needless to say, they hsve our business.
Went to the area for my daughters orientation for college at USCB. Somehow hit a wheel weight on the road and went through a tire. Happened to me before believe it or not. Had to wait because of others with appointments. I respect that. My other national tire store was nowhere near within 75 miles to cover my insurance with them. People there was great. Witnessed them doing everything to help someone else having a big problem with a car and made numerous phone calls to get a rental car from an hour away to get delivered at the shop to get her to Florida. Knowing they are there while my daughter is attending college is going to make me use Firestone on all my vehicles.
Other maintenance, piece of cake. The bill was much less than expected. Technician introduced him self explained what he did. Couldn't ask for more professional staff.
Jeremy here at Firestone was fantastic. My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town when we noticed my tire was about to blow out. Jeremy was fantastic helping us find a tire for my car that is hard to find! Thanks so much for your awesome customer service! I'd recommend them to anyone in the area!
Went in there today to have my 1997 Landcruiser serviced. I had had a heater hose rupture on me. Melissa was able to get me in on a Sunday afternoon, and their tech was able to figure out how to get to a hose that wasn't easy to get to... I was back up and running in about 2 hours. Overall great customer service!
