Had a great experience here. Walked in with no idea what I was doing. Billy came right up and guided me straight through from start to finish. Answered every question I had and explained everything as we went. Set me up with everything I needed and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Awesome guy and I'll be back.
Billy was unhelpful, unpleasant, unfriendly, and he made the overall experience terrible with his rude behavior and disgusted look on his face. I would never go back again if he was working.
At this point he ignored me quickly and focused on assisting my friend find what he wanted. So I waited, assuming he would get back to me... incorrect assumption. Finally I asked him what was the best thing I could get for the lowest price. He gave an answer and that was it. I assumed he might go on to want to show me the product, maybe tell me how it worked, why it would be a good buy, what might be some better options, but no. Just the name of some vape for $45. So I presumed to ask him where this product was and he pointed to the end of the counter and said "it's down at the end." So at this point I was done and walked out. I'm not sure if it was just my face, maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he has a crappy life. Regardless he provided an absolutely horrible experience and did a disservice to his company as well as losing them money. It's called customer service Billy. Look it up. Smile. Life's not so bad.
My friend wanted to look into getting a vape to quit tobacco, so I tagged along to check it out and was possibly interested myself. As soon as we walked in Billy looked at us. I think maybe he said hi with a less than pleased look on his face. No "how are you doing today?", "how may I assist you", "let me know if you have any questions bc I'd be happy to help you find what you're looking for". Immediately got the sense he really didn't want to be bothered at all by his unwelcoming, unpleasant demeanor and disinterest in our presence there. I had dabbled in vaping in the past but I know things have changed a lot as far as products go, so I told him I was kind of a newbie but I was still interested in making a purchase. Just needed assistance.
Always friendly with competitive pricing, kinda of limited juice choices but I use 0 nicotine which isn't the easiest to find.
