Terrible experience. The hostess was extremely rude and uninformative. I sat in a chair to be serviced by a personal banker, just as I have done for the past 15years. She came over and told me that no one could help me today. It was 3:45pm. And asked me to come back tomorrow. I told her no. Someone will help me before 5pm when the bank closes. Then she intentionally serviced the woman that came after me. The worst ive had in years.
Although my visit there was somewhat pleasant, I absolutely hate Bank Of America. My reasoning being, the app sucks, they take days to process any payment although the website and reps will tell you the next business day, my balance constantly changes from day to day even though I haven't used my card and it sucks I get paid on Friday's but my checks won't clear until the next Wednesday because of Bank of America will definitely being going back to Wells Fargo
ABSOLUTE WORST BANK IN SOUTH CAROLINA!!!!!! NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH DEPOSITS!!!!! WHAT KIND OF BANK DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS, YOU ASK???? THE BANK OF AMERICA IN BLUFFTON SOUTH CAROLINA DOES NOT!!!!! HOWEVER, THE ONE ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND DOES. HMMMMM
bad bank... everytime i go inside of bank of america i got to wait 30-45 minutes just to be ignored and there would be 5 bankers open . i don't know what they can be doing they must take there time ! like i got all day .
Horrible customer service, nobody will talk to you on phone and wait times always bad !!
